Brass Clothing has a return policy where if you're not totally in love with your Brass item(s), they are more than happy to accept your full price merchandise back as a return. All return items must be sent within 14 days of the delivery date and received in unworn, unwashed and sellable condition. If you choose to use their pre-paid label, $9 will be deducted from your return to cover the cost of the label. If you are looking for a refund, please allow 8-10 business days from the date of receipt at their warehouse to receive a refund to the original form of payment. Please note their restocking fee increased to $9 in July of 2023.

They also offer exchanges for a different size/color in the same style. Unworn merchandise must be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. You will receive a prepaid return label and your new order will be created as soon as your return is scanned in by the post office.
